SAARC Agriculture Centre (SAC) in collaboration with Bangladesh Fisheries Research Institute (BFRI) & Bangladesh Agricultural University (BAU) is organizing a regional expert consultation meeting on “Policy Farming of Fish Biodiversity Management in Transboundary Rivers” to be held in auditorium of Bangladesh Fisheries Research Institute (BFRI), Mymensingh during 03 – 05 October 2016.

Mr. Maksudul Hasan Khan, Secretary, Ministry of Fisheries & Livestock, Governing of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh has kindly consented to grace the occasion as the Chief Guest. Professor Dr. Md. Ali Akbar, vice-Chancellor, Bangladesh Agricultural University (BAU) will be present as Chief Patron. Mr. Tareq Ahmed, Director General (SAARC & BIMSTEC), Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Governing of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh will grace the occasion as Special Guest. Dr. Yahiya Mahmud, Director General, Bangladesh Fisheries Research Institute (BFRI) will preside over the inaugural ceremony.
